Lauren: I am a wife and mother of 2 awesome kids! I have my masters in Marriage and Family Therapy and a business where I do consults for families with children called JumpStart Parenting. I love staying home with my kids but also enjoy working with families and helping them find solutions to make their lives happier! I also LOVE to cook and feed my family meals that are healthy and free of additives and preservatives. I make real food with real ingredients, I am a crazy label reader. My motto is, 'if I can't pronounce it, or buy it for my kitchen then I'm not feeding it to my family'. I like to create yummy meals and enjoy the challenge of making them healthier and lighter.
